Booth Submission Period Has Ended

Thank you to all the creators who submitted a booth to the Creator Expo 2025!  We had so many talented submissions and can't wait for them to be showcased during the Expo weekend.

For those who submitted a booth, between November 1-5th you will receive a voting card.  The purpose of this card is to review our nominations for the Award Ceremony.  You can then cast your vote over who you believe the category winner should be.

If you didn't get your booth in due to technical difficulties or simply missed the deadline, you may contact thecreatorexpo on discord to request a late submission.
Please keep in mind we can not guarantee late submissions will be added, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Portfolio

Booths are where the community comes together to share what they love. Artists, clubs, and creators of all kinds will set up interactive spaces to showcase their projects, portfolios, and ideas. Each booth reflects the personality and passion of its creator, giving visitors a chance to explore and connect in a welcoming, playful way.

Clubs

Club booths represent groups, teams, and communities within Rec Room. Whether it’s a casual hangout club, a creative team, or an interest-based group, these booths give clubs a space to introduce themselves, share what they’re about, and invite new members to connect.

2D Artists

2D Artist booths celebrate hand-drawn and digital artwork. From hand, illustrations, and designs, artists can display their creative work in a gallery-style space. It’s a chance for players to showcase their visual art and for visitors to discover the talent behind the drawings they see across Rec Room.

panel application

Panel
Application

Creator Expo brings together builders, artists, performers, and storytellers to share their craft. We’re thrilled you’re interested in hosting a panel or event for this year’s showcase!

What We’re Looking For

Panels that inspire – Share your knowledge, process, or experience.

Events that engage – Activities, discussions, or live showcases that bring people together.

Workshops – Hands-on sessions where attendees follow along (Maker Pen tutorials, animation lessons, environment design, circuits basics, avatar design, etc.).

Guidelines to Keep in Mind

Panels and events should last at least 30 minutes and no longer than 2 hours.

Please avoid “room promo” sessions (just advertising a single room). Instead, focus on ideas, skills, or stories that others can learn from.

Scheduling is coordinated with the Expo team to ensure panels don’t conflict with official programming.

Content should be accessible to a wide audience. Remember, this is a community-wide event.

Expo panels should include, workshops, Q&As, live builds, art jams, portfolio talks, and themed discussions. Feel free to pitch something new!

Give it your
Rec Room Best
