Booth Submission
We’re excited that you’re applying to showcase your work at Creator Expo 2025. This is your chance to highlight your art, portfolio, or community for the entire Rec Room world to see!
You may submit 1 booth per category. Please note if submitting more than one booth they need to look different in appearance.

Use the official Creator Expo Booth Template to build your booth:
Download the template: CreatorExpo25_BoothTemplate from the Rec Room invention store
⚠️ Do not merge the template into your invention. Keep it included when you save your booth.
Booth Requirements:
Your booth must be named: "YourUsername_CE25_X"
Replace X with the first letter of the category you're submitting to.
Examples:
- Username_CE25_P (Portfolio)
- Username_CE25_C (Club)
- Username_CE25_A (2DArtist)
Booths must be built with maker pen, and saved as an R1 Invention
Booths must be no more than 0.45% Ink (This is based on the new Ink system, and may update)
Booths must fit within the provided boundaries (no clipping).
Booths cannot use more than 250 circuits.
If your booth has music, it must turn on, then auto-disable when players leave a volume
Volume distance must not reach outside your booth.
Booths can be updated until October 31st.
Booths must be set to public by October 31st
🎨 What You Can Include
Respawning grabbable objects
Creator buttons
Seating and hangout areas
Notification chips (Only functioning inside your booth, not outside) (subtitles, banners, etc. used responsibly)
Portfolio displays, club info, or artist showcases
Animation chips (limited to 4 per booth)
Costume dummy (limited to 2 per booth)
Avatar studio creators can include 1 mannequin to display their self created UGC. As mannequins are BETA they can not be published with your booth. Please contact thecreatorexpo on discord to arrange shipping your mannequin to booth.

Creator Expo 2025 is here, and it’s time to shine a spotlight on the incredible talent in the Rec Room universe. From stunning hangouts to thrilling quests, jaw-dropping artwork, and innovative UGC items, this is your chance to recognize the creators who make our community vibrant, imaginative, and fun.
Anyone can submit nominations for the Creator Expo Awards 2025. because the best creators aren’t just recognized by themselves, they’re celebrated by their community. Whether it’s a room that keeps you coming back, a UGC item you can’t stop using, or a creator whose work inspires you every day, we want to hear about it! Submissions will be accepted for rooms created/published between October 2024 - October 2025.
Award Categories:
Best PvP Room – For rooms that deliver fast-paced, engaging, and balanced player-versus-player experiences.
Best UGC Creator - For innovative, stylish, or fun user-generated content that enhances the Rec Room experience.
Best Quest/Adventure Room – For creators crafting immersive stories, challenges, and adventures that captivate players.
Best Hangout Room – For social spaces that feel alive, fun, and welcoming for all visitors.
Best 2D Artist – For creators who wow with incredible visuals, designs, and artistic vision.
Best Room of 2025 Overall - Made/Published between October 2024 - Oct 2025
